Mylinne's Corner

Growing on the family of artists contributes a lot on my number one hobby which is painting. I use to paint a lot during vacation. It is a very invigorating feeling. My father, which is my adviser, is always teaching me new tricks on doing it. While my brother, has joined many competitions not only here in Iloilo City but also on some parts of the country and has given our school (University of San Agustin) honor because of his works. His most recent work won at the Shell Competition last year. You can see some of his works at Museo Iloilo. 

How I wish I can be great just like them. Anyway here are some of my works. It's not much but I really treasure it and I am really proud that it is mine. 

"The Holy Family" ~ Mosaic Art. I used Illustration board, Crepe Paper, Colored Cartolina, Natural Sand, Construction Paper and Colored Glue

 "Summer Fun" ~ This one is consists of recycled materials like plastic, then I include true sea shells also to capture the beach motif.

Cards, Bookmarks and Drawing using Crayon and Special Paper

This one is a cover of one of my projects during high school. I used recycled paper/materials too. 

"Melted Art" ~ I used candle, crayon and spatula from soft drinks can.

"A Child's Journey" ~ Acrylic on Canvass. This one is my most recent work. I submitted this one at the Shell competition.
